Official invitation letters may be downloaded on your Euromedicom account.

How to Obtain Your Visa Invitation Letter

Log in to Your Account

To obtain an invitation it is mandatory to either LOG IN your account or to CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT as follows.

*Note: Invitation letters will not be provided by email.

Download your VISA Invitation Letter

Once you have logged in, you will be able to obtain your INVITATION LETTER to the congress you have registered for. If you haven't registered yet, you will first need to complete your order, then request an invitation letter for visa.
